  If you are looking for an AWFUL banking experience, go ahead and open an account with SunTrust now called TRUIST. This is by far the worst bank there is. I was going through COVID and needed to deposit money for my monthly bills. I asked my sister to make a deposit for me and the bank refused to accept the deposit. The wanted my sister to buy a money order from them and then make a deposit. I'm telling you, stay away from this bank and save yourself some awful experiences.

  Absolute worst! Was told over the phone they close at 5pm. They close at 3pm... The branch is permanently closing in March. Good riddance!!! SunTrust sucks!

  Always the item for sunTrust Out of service I don’t know what’s wrong I tried many different location it looks the same not working I really don’t recommend SunTrust.

  The store manager Ghada Hama is very unprofessional. Treating customer in a rude way. Very alarming the way she treat customers. The way she talk is so loud that everyone in the line is looking at her like what is going on. Please avoid this location unless you want to be treated very badly. Her team even are not happy over.

  this place is open everyday 10am-3pm, when you call the automated suntrust line, they list their hours wrong

  I am very happy with my experience in this branch, Maria is Wonderfull and so knowlageable about what she is doing.

  Called in to follow up a money transfer. The branch manager Bernie didn't sound she was willing to help at all. Totally unprofessional. 0 start for her.
