  My wife and I went in to refi a mortgage. They kept asking for more and more documents. Sometimes they were asking for documents we already gave them. After 3 months of this frustration we just gave up and walked away.

  STAY AWAY!!!! Man oh man.... this branch is the absolute worst! I’ve had just many horrible experiences here where the manager was the problem! I finally called and placed a complaint...then did another online after yet another bad experience. BOA had another manager from the same location just call me and it was not very sincere. I don’t see why BOA would allow such ineptitude and just anti customer service to keep happening. I am going to try to call the regional manager and if that doesn’t work then I will be closing my account and selling all my BOA stock. It’s a shame when you can’t even get basic customer service from your local branch. It doesn’t have to be super special like they know my name, but I also shouldn’t have to storm out without even completing a transaction and treated like I am putting them out to cash a freaking check!!!!

  Actually I want to give 4 stars but I can’t. I need to cash from check. I already opened the letter of the check and lady wanted it, I gave it and she did not asked me “can I look, can I read etc. “ and she took the papers from inside the letter. Ok, it is not a big problem for me but in my opinion, they are need to be more polite. But thank you again.

  My experience at this Bank of America was atrocious. Sabina had the worst attitude. And she even laughed when I had asked her a question. It is obvious she is unprofessional and needs more training. Frankly I’m surprised she had the audacity to laugh in my face. Bank of America please do better. I wonder how she stills had a job with that Poor demeanor. She looked hungover.

  Glacial is how I would describe how this branch of BOA operates. Expect to wait almost an hour for a bank representative to speak with you. Then, the “help” or information they provide will add no value to anything that’ll answer your question. If you update any information here, don’t expect for it to make it into the system; all actions are just for show. Horrible customer service, except for the front desk security/receptionist.

  Horrible horrible horrible. The manager had the audacity to get smart with me after I told her that I dont like BOA and didnt want to open an account. This is just another reason they've added to the roster. Yall really need to do better with customer service

  We will never ever do business with BAO again. This location especially, their customer service is really bad and they have no knowledge about their system, their banking their company at all. They are not even realistic when they are trying to help you. There are hundreds of other banks out there, dont even try them. Go with who would really support you and take care of you.

  Nice, clean, comfortable banking center situated in a great shopping plaza. The 24/7 ATM is very nice as well.

  Long line and only one person helping to many employees on the side offices no manager on the spot ... worst location
