  Highly recommend taking your business needs anywhere but here. Just sat in line for at least 15 mins only to get to the window and be told to come back in an hour so the only person with access to change will be back from lunch. I guess I’m lucky that they have change because aside of waiting forever no matter the time I go they consistently have issues with having rolled coin especially quarters. Was told I could drive across town to the other branch or come back in an hour....wow!!

  If you bank with BB&T I recommend NOT doing it at this branch! Seems like every time I have been there in the last year they have had new employees which is probably why I have experienced so many problems lately. For instance, It took three business days (actually 5 days because of the weekend) for this branch to track down a check that I took for a deposit; which they stated was put into SOMEONE ELSES ACCOUNT "by mistake". How do you deposit something wrong when I hand you my bank card that links to my account???? Next issue, a couple weeks ago they transferred money between our business account to our personal account over the phone after verify who I was. This week they state that's against "Company Policy"band refused completely. Also, I took a business check that an elderly lady paid with to our company for services we performed. The customer choose to not fill out the the "Pay to the order of" portion of the check so the company name was spelled correctly. I filled this information in for her at her request! The bank refused to accept the check stating I fraudulently filled it out, because the hand writing was different, like I was a criminal but gave me back "this fraudulent check". If you think it's fraudulent why give it back to me? I didn't ask them to cash it, just deposit it! They told me I would have to have the customer rewrite us a check. I have done this numerous other times with business checks that customers left the "pay to the order of" blank but today it was a problem!?!? My point is, you never know what you will get when you show up at this location! Policies changed daily just like the employees! Stay clear of this place and if you must bank with BB&T use the other branch in Kernersville on Harmon Lane in front of Walmart! Hopefully they are trained better then this circus!

  I would not wire transfer money through this Bank unless you want your account Frozen and you're not able to get a dime out of it this is a big inconvenience for me and I think it's a big fat Croc rubbish I will never do business with this Bank again I will be searching for another bank to bank with

  This bank don't even get this star went to casha .Check from our auntie and the lady said unless it was drawn on of there . Bank they couldn't cash it which makes it funny cause we done this one time before so this abnk doesn't deserve one star and it is funny cause I have delt with this bank for 19 years now as of friday we will be changing banks to where we do the have this problem but I see why you his bank has a two to three stars cause they fricken suck at being a bank but this is on we got this I know from here on .Out I will do my research on all banks before my money goes in there to see what kind of customer service they have but as of friFri my business with this bank will go aonsomewh else and this is a crying shame

  Very poor service ! I entered this branch at 2:56, it is now 3;40 and I still am waiting for some help as I need to access my safe deposit box!!!!!!!
