  Idk where to start.. I understand smaller banks aren’t as equipped as larger ones but the employees in the branches LITERALLY have no KNOWLEDGE OF ANYTHING.. EVERY time I call in reference to a question about my account they have to call somewhere else then have me wait for hours call me back I follow up with another question it’s the SAME THING from cashier check questions to simple questions about zelle and sending limits.. there’s not even an option to send money member to member.. I’ve been with this bank FOR YEARS and I’ve never had a problem until I had to actually deal with the bank.. it’s such a hassle to switch banks ESPECIALLY when your bills are automatic but enough is enough! I’ll take the hassle over poor service and a poor bank overall at this point.. Not to mention their hours aren’t updated or accurate on their website so you waste gas going up there.. it’s really sad

  Worst bank I've ever dealt with constant holds on checks constant card issues, just all around constant issues there is one reliable banker there an that's Byron

  Change your Saturday hours on google. I planned my day around coming to the bank based off your online hours.

  BBT is a joke. Changing as soon as I can. I shouldn't have to hand over my bank card, id and then sign to get my money.
