  Susquehanna Bank is the best bank I have ever used in all my life. they are always friendly and professional, and make banking easy. my daughter recently travelled abroad for college and used her card over there. While in England, she could withdraw money with only a tiny fee (plus conversion) and it was accepted at most places. They also alerted me when her card was out of the UK because they thought it may have been stolen. Before she left, I checked with several banks to find one that had a branch in the UK, so she wouldn't need to worry about different accounts, and they all charged outrageous amounts. Citizens bank (who also owns Lloyds bank in England) charged more for her to convert money with their own bank than Susquehanna did with theirs. That didn't even make sense to me. The worst part about susquehanna is that with mobile deposit, I don't really go to the bank anymore. Thank you all for your great service. I will always recommend them.

  Every time I call or pull up or need something BB&T is always quick, reliable, friendly and personable. They know who I am, who my wife is and who my employees are. I always get a warm greeting and kind genuine help. I see 3.7 star overall review on this company and its far from an accurate grading. BB&T is awesome!

  Diane was very helpful and even stayed late helping me with some online bill questions.i was at a different location about an hour before an had a complete opposite experience.Diane is the only reason im keeping my accounts with truist

  The group of representatives at the Downingtown location are my favorite! Our conversations come very natural and they are always concerned about taking care of all my needs. They even make sure my puppy gets a special treat when we use the drive thru.

  People are nice but so slow. I think they just don’t have enough workers. Two cars ahead of me in the drive thru and been waiting over 20 minutes. Not the first time this has happened. Always go inside

  I have currently been sitting in the drive-through for 10 minutes ! They don't put up a sign or even come to acknowledge you .
