Huffed and puffed over the phone when I was unable to understand why I was being charged something, so I had my mother call and she kept interrupting my mother on the phone and told her “i have explained this to her twice”. I went to southport bb&t and Susan Vititoe helped me get everything straightened out. Leslie was just being lazy.
