  I went to deposit a check, someone took it in a locked room and did not come out for 20 minutes. Was late to work because of this.

  The worst customer service I have every received. Special thanks to manager, who played a part in freezing a large sum of money (totaling to $50k over the two occasions) for a period of time due to her incompetence and tried to bully my elderly mother. Absolutely disgusted by you, you shouldn't work in a place that requires customer service skills none the less have a leadership position. Sincerely, SunTrust's customer.
