Jeremy Davis1Absolutely the worst bank out there. We had a return check that was written to us. Our account never went negative. We deposited a different check a couple weeks later and they held our funds for over 2 weeks before they cleared them. Now they are closing my account do to the return check that I had the funds to cover. I wouldn’t bank there if I were you.

Suzanne Kiefer1Since they have taken over my loan from SunTrust, they have sent me late notices on my AUTOMATIC payment which is scheduled to be made a day before the due date. They have assessed over $300 in late fees EVERY MONTH since they’ve taken over!!!! No one can seem to figure out what the problem is, I have gone into one of the branches, I have talked to four different people on the phone. No one seems to be able to straighten it out. They had me email them proof that my payment was made and then never bothered to respond. Ready to go elsewhere. They are the TRUIST of failures.

Jessica Kemp1Worst costumer service. Called about unauthorized withdrawals from atms and the lady could barely speak English and acted like she couldn't figure out what I am talking about. I have to go into a branch to get a real person to Dela with and figure this out.

Martha Garcia1Wish zero was an option for the stars. God forbid you ever need to call this bank or even their customer service department! They will not answer. Calling the main office branch be ready to wait for an hour for them to just hang up

Breauna R.1This is the worst SunTrust Branch ever! Customer service is horrible. I have been to this branch and Everytime I go the employee does not know what they are doing. I have been depositing money into mothers account for years even before 2014 without being on it. The first two times I went my request was processed, but afterwards they want to give me a lecture about the rules. Funny thing is the EMPLOYEES DONT KNOW THE RULES WELL!! This last time I went the refused the deposit. Went to another branch and had ZERO problems with depositing into my mothers account. I suggest AMIEE (THE MANAGER) TRAIN HER EMPLOYEES TO DO A BETTER JOB AT THEIR WORK AND KNOW THE RULES BEFORE TRYING TO LECTURE A 10 YEAR CUSTOMER.

Penny Abbott1I have a SunTrust credit card. I used my credit card at Aldi's and it was accepted. I then went to Publix and attempted to use my card it was declined. The customer service representative stated it was declined because I had used my card at Aldi's where they have frequent fraudulent activity. But my card was accepted at Aldi's but declined at Publix. This was an embarrassment to me. When I called with my concern the representative stated she understood but my card was good to use now. This didn't help me at Publix where it was declined. I am not at all happy with the service I receive from SunTrust.

larry williams5I have a business and personal checking here. This branch has never been anything less than professional, friendly, efficient and properly staffed. Nobody ever tries to sell me anything and the officers have actually helped me a couple of times even when I made a mistake. I think the negative reviews are probably rare occasions and I am a believer that most people don't review unless their is something negative to post. I came across these reviews while looking up their hours. I had to put in my 2 cents because this is not a fair assessment.

Marianne Buchanan1Well I would rate it a big fat 0 if I could... Went in today to get something notarized. Signed myself to the wait list.....Bank officers came and went to lunch....Waited for over an hour and 10 minutes and when it was my Mother and I's turn, the Bank Officer told us we would have to wait, and took someone else that she said was her 1:00 pm appointment...the lady had only been there for 2 minutes ....the Worst customer service ever. I will never go to this bank again. My Mother and I have been valued customers and have been banking with Suntrust for over 20 years. I had to walk out to gain my composure...Will never go to this branch ever again

adwest232Was forced to join them through BB&T. They are incredibly slow and kinda rude. Not happy about the switch, doesn’t seem like they added extra employees to cover all the new customers.
