      I've always had very good service here and have nothing to complain about everybody's always nice and I'm always happy to go to the bank.

      ATM is down a lot. Charges take out the amount “charged” for processing, then somehow more money is MIA. “Must’ve been a pending charge that cleared” they say… no pending charges TAKE OUT the amount. I don’t use my card the next day unless all pending charges clear to catch them at their finest. No one really answers the phone and if they do it’s “oh I need to transfer you” click. ***not this branch, TD in general. Chase does this too

      My parents tried to get a mortgage from this bank. They have excellent credit and a great deal of collateral, but the Bank Manager and Shannon, the Assistant Manager, couldn't ever bother to return calls or emails. This bank is useless an d has zero customer service. Run the other way!

      Used to love love love this TD. Awesome staff, competent & quick. Most of them have left this branch. That, however, is not my complaint. TD- you need to figure out how to safely open at least part of your lobby. I rarely go to a brick & mortar bank but had cash to deposit. I waited 60 minutes to get to the teller window (had to use that because of change in the deposit). That's absurd, I am completely dissatisfied with the nature of the transaction. I was here approximately 1 month ago, could not use the vacuum tube b/c the speakers were broken. The teller window was packed @ in that instance also. Time to find a new bank? Get it together, TD!

      Lobby is not open so there was nobody to speak with concerning a worker’s compensation check I deposited that was returned 9 days later. When attempting to speak with the only staff available through the drive through line I was treated very rudely by one of the tellers. I attempted to call thus branch several times and there is no way to get through to anyone there. When this matter is resolved I will be leaving.

      Very awful customer service. It wasted too much of my time waiting for a banker. I went twice. 1st time I waited one hour and I had to cancel my line on que because I had to doing something else. 2nd time I went back and I waited 2 hours and I had to cancel my line in que again because I didn't want to wait any longer. These bankers need to learn to speed up the process. My time is money too. Horrible experience. Will not recommended this location.

      I love this bank. the whole staff here makes you feel at home. they are always willing to help in anyways they can. I work with Lisa 99% of the time and she always remembers my name and remembers where i work. The small things like that make coming here feel so rewarding. Thank you Lisa and the rest of TD staff for making banking enjoyable again.

      Waited 90 minutes to open a basic checking account but there was only one person “able” to do it and he decided it was a better idea to BS will 3 old ladies for that long instead of helping people. I was 1 of 3 who walked out. Was referred here by a family member and wow they were wrong. Go anywhere else if you want to get some actual customer service.

      This bank by far has the best employees. They are a very big aspect as to why I reccomend my friends. The employees have known me since I was 17. They are personable and friendly. So friendly that once I had broken down in the parking lot and they waited with me after their shift was over and made sure I was ok. They didn't have to do that especially on a Friday afternoon. But that is just the kind of people they are.
