Shawn Stacy1Had mortgage with BBT for over 10 years. Mortgage on auto payment the entire time. Truist purchased BBT and is now sending me snail mail payment stubs with past due showing. Nothing has changed with my payment accounts. Same bank for over 30 years. Truist should have continued the same autopayment. Poor customer service. Back to the stone age with snail mail statements.

In My Opinion1Anthea Webber bank manager at this branch is a terrible person. She is in the very least a biggot that that refuses to work for men. I have made several attempts to deposit and or cash personal and business checks into my account only to be met with animosity and a refusal to work. I make every effort to leave race out ot my conversation, but this woman is a racisit. Flat out she refuses to cash black people's checks while hiding behind BB&T policies. This person refused to do their job and when we made an attempt as 10 year plus customers to hold her accountable she called the police and had me tresspassed from my money. Do not open accounts at this bank.

Devin T1BB&T will arbitrarily hold funds without rhyme or reason. I deposited $800 in cash in the ATM which only will accept deposits about 75% of the time. ...and they are holding funds on that until tomorrow. Guess I drew the short straw today. I own a small business. This sure makes is tough to run a business. I left Bank of America because they played games with my money. Now I need to find another bank. I am sick of this.

Kim Carter5Very helpful, helping me deal with a new situation. Kind, caring, and seemed guinely concerned. Ms Jolly assisted me and followed through with what she stated to me. Love the hometown feel of this branch. Kindness, compassion, and assistance with a smile
