  Worthless bank sells to some international corp and now no local help. 800# is of ZERO use, I am closing my accts which I have had is 1990's. DO NOT BANK HERE!!

  The bank as a whole is amazing! But David goes beyond what he's supposed to do , and for that, I thank him. He always makes sure things get done and he is always nice and proper ! Highly recommend this bank !

  I have been going to this branch for the past 2 years since I opened my hair salon Faith By Works in Latonia. I have been to other branches and never once have I felt more like family instead of just another client, Debbie has a funny since of humor and great personality and always puts a smile on your face know matter what mood your in, she is a great asset to BB&T as is the other employees there. I have moved and this branch is now out of my way. But I will continue to go to this branch. Keep up the good work BB&T in Covington 👍🏻👍🏻

  David and the girls are very courteous and professional every time I walk in this bank branch... customers are greeted with enthusiasm with a smile...I know that I'm a very demanding customer and have never left this branch unhappy...I would recommend the 19th st. Branch to anyone!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!! James H.

  The folks at this branch are awesome! David went above and beyond in helping us with a loan. He even stayed after 5:00 to make sure everything was done. He is awesome!

  I bank at the Madison Avenue location. Fast, very friendly service. Branch Manager, David, is always available to answer questions or assist with other banking needs.

  Horrible branch, id highly recommend that you go to a different location if you bank with them. Debbie here on Madison is very rude and snobby, but if they can get the stuff together and accurate open ON TIME and be open when listed open on google. Went there this morning at 11 and it was a ghost store..

  I cannot stand this bank. Tha kfully my 'm daughter banks with them and not me. But today was the 6th time we have came on a Saturday between 9 and 3 and not one person in sight and doors r locked. It really leased alot of things up for my daughter. So noe ahe won't use banks

  Very poor customer service. They treat non account holders better then account holders. They will force you to make a deposit in order to cash a check from their own bank. Beware of this bank...
