      Horrible customer service at this location, card got locked for no reason. Mobile banking will show one number and no money will be available. Definitely getting another bank. Ruined my whole day because of nonsense.

      They now have a set of auto locking doors that you walk in unknowingly. You pass through a metal detector and have to empty all of your pockets before they will let you out of this bulletproof jail cell. Then leaving is the same thing. This was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever dealt with. Not to mention my debit card went here instead of my house and when she handed it to me the envelope had been open... How do I know someone hasn't written down my card numbers... I will never return to this bank.

      Wonderful, helpful! The "death vault" is for everyones safety! Slow down, when its green, it will open and in an emergency you can get out. I myself did a header into it the first time. They are very accommodating, and friendly!

      If there is a fire everyone will die. The only bank I've ever seen with with such a death vault! Besides that I live right by this bank and I have tried 3times to withdraw money from my direct deposit card and it's always more hassle than it's WORTH! Training is needed . . .
