I've used this bank from when I was a little girl to now as a young adult. They have helped me take control of my finances and have always made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The people at this location are the nicest bankers on the planet!

Such wonderful customer service at this branch! They helped me with my transaction and did it all with a smile. The whole team worked so well together to help with a building line and some impatient customers. The teller that helped me had just moved over from BB&T and despite having to learn a whole new system and navigate between pre-existing ones, she was efficient and polite. Overall great people and great bank!

The new team at this branch is absolutely amazing. It's a very busy branch however these people know customer service and they make you feel like a VIP client. Erika and her team really goes above and beyond. Erika, Tiffany, Terrill, Emily, Miriam, Lenard, Matt and Neha are TERRIFIC!!!!!

This bank do not know what a good customer service is, and they act very prejudice here. I came in to open up a checking account, and wasn't waited on for almost an hour. When I finally did talk to someone the lady was rude, obnoxious, and acted s if she didn't even want me to bank here. I got up, and left out due tot the fact I will not be treated lesser than human. How are they still in business treating potential customers with such disregard and disrespect?

Don't make them mad in the drive thru by asking questions. They'll skip you and only help the other lanes. After 25 minutes I had to go so asked for my stuff back which they gladly sent right away. Then went inside a while later and so slow was worse then the DMV.

I felt like I was treated like I was trash immediately when I walked in by the lady I waited to see. (Small white blond woman). I called the 1 (800) number 1st to do my transfer but I was told that because I had moved recently I HAVE to go into a branch. I waited for a associate and she would not help me even though the 1800 line told me I had to go into a branch. The red tape is unlike any other bank I’ve delt with, setting aside her curtness/shortness with me, they refused to help me do a simple action that all other banks do so easily! I left very unhappy. I was looking for a new bank to use (for more than just a cc) but I’ll never try this one in the future.

Goodbye, Suntrust - you will not be missed. My mother gave me a check for some work done. I go into Suntrust to cash it and low and behold, they charge you to cash a PERSONAL CHECK. The teller very snidely told me, "All banks do this now..." Wrong move, jackass - I've spent my entire career in retail banking management from Alaska to Georgia, and I've never seen a bank charge for cashing a personal check. Payroll or business checks, sure - businesses absorb those costs, but a personal check? Give me a break - that reeks of desperation. Not only does it tell me as a non-customer to never accept a check from your bank again, what does it say to your customers?! You are telling your "valued" customers your checks are literally not worth the paper they are printed on. In hindsight, that red flag of pathetic fee structure was a perfect representation of the banks strength - or lack thereof, in light of the BB&T buyout. Run, don't walk, away from Suntrust.

We started banking here for almost 6 years now and every time went there, I felt that they value me as a customer. The people there are very friendly and the personal bankers are very knowledgeable about things.

Slow service. Only one teller when I got there first thing in the morning. I can’t do business like this.

Rude and racist. Worst Suntrust I have ever been to, The manager Allana was awful. Please don't go here if you're a person of color.
