  I was referred to Benchmark by a friend because I was complaining about various fees at another institution. I’m so thankful because they made the process so easy for me to provide requested documents, accessing documents during the loan process and a dream closing. Part of the closing was done online and the other part that was done at the attorneys office was so quick it was finished in 20 minutes. Best experience ever.

  Where do I begin?? I am so grateful that I found Benchmark Mortgage! I was having issues with a previous mortgage company and Benchmark immediately stepped in and helped me with my home purchasing process!   This is the second time I've used Benchmark to refinance. They are super-friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. I was able to get a very low rate and save some money on my monthly payments. I would definitely recommend them. Such a smooth and easy process!

  The Benchmark Team is nothing short of amazing. I have been in real estate for over 13 years. As a busy Realtor that has a team and also manages an office, time is like it is with all of us, a hot commodity, and to know that I can send my clients and they are taken care of in the highest regard is the true definition of teamwork. Every step of the way, their team is consulting with our clients so they are empowered through the process and understand every piece of the financial decision they are making. During a recent transaction with the team, on the loan side everything was great however, on the real estate side, issue after issue came up with the seller once it became time for them to do what they contractually agreed to do. While I navigated those waters, I NEVER had to worry about what was going on for the financing part and we even moved the closing up by 2 weeks so my client could recieve an additional $1,000 in seller paid closing costs.
