  What is happening at the Suntrust Bank At 18110 Village Mart Dr. in Olney Maryland? I have been trying to make a simple address change on a checking account since January 4, 2022. Today is January 25, 2022. First of all it is extremely difficult to get through on the phone. When someone does answer the phone it is quite likely that you will be disconnected or hung up on intentionally which has happened to me a half dozen times since January 4. Forget about trying to reach the branch manager Mr. Rahim. He is either out of the building, out to lunch or simply does not return phone calls. Today finally someone did answer the phone but was unable to help me as they told me they were just answering phones. Perhaps it’s time for a bank change. Just too, too frustrating for a simple savings and checking account. Today I was told I would receive a call back from our woman by the name of Merertu. Having read other reviews I am expecting that I will not receive that call either.

  Olney branch. Was told by phone you have too come in to branch to renew CD. never heard of such a thing. employee on duty at the bank said there's no one here who can do that ! Unbelievable ! will be transferring all funds to another local bank ! ByBy Truist

  Worst bank I have ever been to. I was working with a lady by the name of Missouree to inquire about a loan. She told me it is possible to acquire said loan with my awesome credit score. She said she would reach out to me for more information. She contacted me back saying it was not possible and I thought nothing of it and went to a different bank. Apparently, this lady ran my credit score and applied me for a loan that I did NOT consent to. Ontop of that, she never sent me an email, gave me a call or even told me about how she ran my credit score without my consent. I had to find out from another bank that this happened and it has lowered my credit score and caused me a higher intrest rate because of this person. This lady ruins people's credit yet claims she "repairs credit". She can't even teach basic finance to kids let alone adults. Stay away from this bank and find a more reputable one.

  I found the young lady Missouree who waited on me was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and personal. She had a smile on her beautiful face from the time l walked in until l exit. I gave her a hug she deserved it. I wish l had encountered more bank employees like her. Ms Holt

  The most outstanding customer service; Love Joanne's smile and warmth, received at each visit. All of the staff, including the manager (he is always awaiting with a smiling face, even with good office being in the back of the branch). I have visited other Suntrust locations, and never received such genuinely affection as Olney branch provides.

  Truist’s customer service is not good. Waiting time is 30 to 40 minutes. Everyone is not free to hold phone.

  Understaffed, and the staff that is here is inexperienced. Makes many mistakes. Takes too much time

  Amazing customer service is outstanding. The tellers, office manager, - seriously - everyone is very courteous and kind!!!
