  Kim Minor is a superb loan officer who works at Sandy Springs bank. His professionalism, experience, and commitment to providing exemplary customer service recently enabled me to obtain a home loan using my assets instead of my income, something other loan officers and banks were unable (or unwilling) to do. For these reasons, I strongly recommend Kim to anyone looking for a conscientious loan officer with a track record for closing loans, even nontraditional loans. But it was his patience, responsiveness to me and my many questions, and his willingness to go the extra mile that impressed me the most and why I’ll turn to Kim again when I have additional home loan needs.

  I was actually working with a loan officer before Rod Moody and I could rarely get them on the phone. With Rod, the communication was unmatched and I felt that he really helped guide me throughout the process. Even with completing the loan program I wanted to do, everything was done on time and correct. Rod is awesome!

  Clint Kohler was my Mortgage Banker and he did an outstanding job! He moved everything in a timely and expeditious manner, he was responsive to questions, stayed on top of those things that had to be done ie; inspections, appraisal, etc.Rocket was his competition and in all honesty Clint ran circles around them when it came to level of service including a better mortgage rate. Lastly buying a home and applying for a mortgage can be stressful but Clint maintained a level of calmness and control that instilled in me the confidence that he would make this happen. Kudos to Clint for a job well done.
