  The entire Sandy Spring team was pleasant and personable throughout the entire loan process. My initial phone call to one of the VP's through the phone number listed on the website was returned promptly and professionally and he continued to provide excellent customer service and responded quickly to my many questions. The fact that Sandy Spring was willing to take on my loan on a fairly unique property that other lenders were shying away from was very relieving as well. I was generally very impressed by the whole experience. In an industry that typically makes you feel like less than a number, the Sandy Spring team made me feel warm and welcome to a family banking environment. I have already referred them to several family members, friends, and colleagues.

  Ryan and his team had great communication throughout the entire process. The process was online, streamlined and timely. Ryan explained our options so that we could make the best decision on on Refi. We were told Settlement would take about 30 minutes, it took 15 min. exactly since we had reviewed and e-signed a number of documents ahead of time. Thank you so much!
