SHELDON MILLIGAN1If there was a way to give a rating that is less than 1 star, that would be the rating that this banking institution would receive from me. Not only was my brief experience with them unsatisfactory, but the response to my presenting the issues to them was shockingly unprofessional. As well as incompetent, and showed zero energy, nor interest, in the resolution of the issues (which were generated by them) that could have possibly retained my "brand new" business with them. Horrible, horrible institution.

Jeryan Jackson1I came into this branch at 11:48 A.M. The place doesn't close until 12:00p.m. I figured since I already had an account with them it would be very easy for me to open a savings account and then head to work, but unfortunately that did not happen. I waited for at least a good 30-40 minutes before I could get into the office with lead brancher Ms. Linda to make a savings account. I NEVER EVER EVER leave bad reviews. This was my first time EVER doing it but I feel this place deserved a one star review for their lack of efficiency and effort to make sure I got out of there in a timely manner and received the proper help I needed so I could go home, because aren't they trying to go home too? I will be calling the BB&T support number and talking to a supervisor over their store/region’s director in order to get some new things done with this place as far time management goes. The staff was pleasant. It was just very inconsiderate for them to have me wait for such a long time. It was very embarrassing for me as well, and Ms. Linda (the brancher) should honestly learn how to get her guest in out in a timely manner and show her guest that ALL of them matter and not just the main person in office at that moment.

Jennifer Porter1So far not so good. This is the only bank I know that puts a 7 day hold on every check you put in the account until you've been there over a month. Now because there is a hold on my paycheck I can't touch my income tax money that just came in. In fact they put a hold on my entire account, so that I can't even take money out the ATM ! This is ridiculous!!! Now because of them I don't have any money at all. I can't buy diapers for my child, can't put gas in my car to get to work, can't pay the babysitter so that I can work and probably gonna lose my job because of it. Yet they give no FU### at all. Once my money clears I'm taking it all out and going to a new bank. Unless they fix this situation tomorrow and no later. Stupidest crap I have ever been through with a bank. Not to mention they deactivated my husband temporary card when he hasn't even gotten his actual one yet, so I had to go pick him up from work because he couldn't put gas in his car...so frustrated and done with this bank and I haven't even been here a whole month yet. The only thing they have going for them is there staff. There all very sweet and kind. Even when I'm pissed off and some what arguing with them, they stay nice. I give the staff members 5 stars. It's just the stupid rules of The bank that are ridiculous. My banker is very nice and Mrs. Deborah I believe is here name. She works behind foe counter and she is very very sweet and helpful.

Bree Wilson1How is it I come to the back and I can't get any change. What is the bank for? Then the next day I come I have to wait 15 mins for change! Then I'm here again and I waited 10 mins before anyone even came to the window and you can see clearly there's no one on the inside so why am I waiting so long! We have a 30 min lunch and I spend most of it here at the dang bank! RIDICULOUS!! Oh and I came for bank receipts and they have lost them!! WHAT! That's not it... I asked for change and they give me the wrong change. I pulled up at 12:44 and it's now 1:10! This should not have taken this long!
