      We have been with SunTrust for many years and I really wanted to give Truist an opportunity to serve us as well as SunTrust. Today did not prove that this was going to be a good experience for me with the new bank. I went through the drive-through because it was raining and I had a baby in the car seat. I needed to make a specific transaction going from one bank to another. The lady in the drive-through told me I would need to come in to the bank. Since I had never had to do this in the past, I said to the teller that it was raining and I had a baby in the car and that that is difficult for me to do if I could possibly do it through the drive-thru. I had all of my credentials and ID as usual. A teller next to the one working with me, threw up her hands, got on her microphone, and loudly said I would need to come into the bank announcing the type of transaction I was making. I could have taken her rudeness, however, her flagrant disregard for my safety is why I am writing this review. I had to come into the bank and when I did; I stop by to speak with a manager. She was nice, however, she did not offer to take care of my transaction for me, nor did she initiate asking me who the person was that treated me so poorly and disregarded my safety when we approached the upfront tellers. As she did not ask me I told her anyways, and I also said I did not want her taking care of my transaction. There were at that time three or four other customers standing there. Any bank transaction should be quietly done and discreetly. Businesses and individuals do not want other people around them knowing what kinds of transactions they may be making. It is a safety issue! I should not have to be even saying that to the mature age of the staff employed by this branch. Until I completed my transaction with the other party I felt unsafe and that is the first time I was put in that type of position. Please know I will not be returning to this branch unless I can be fully assured personally this has been addressed and corrected. If the next branch I visit is like this one, I will be banking someplace else.

      I've never received such terrible customer service, especially from multiple employees. I'm truly disappointed in the switch and handling of accounts, I will be looking into switching banks. Get it together.

      The opening times are not correct. The bank employees do not care at all about this either. They said to check on the BB&T Website, but they don’t care about Google. This is not convenient and they were very rude about this. How about keeping things consistent in this day & age?

      Consistently slow. Always a line inside and outside. The new Truist app is so bad so I had to go in to deposit a check.

      Nicole/ Stephanie is amazing. Me and my fiance made a joint account and one personal account for my fiance and she took amazing care of us!!! We were with her for a while and it was a great banking experience. I didn't want to go back to a traditional bank I have chime and a pnc account that i have a credit card through but im so glad we chose them. She did everything and more and it was the only pleasant in person banking experience I've ever had. So friendly and personable and knowledgeable. Will be coming back and exploring more services with them!

      I have been a BB&T customer for over twenty years, and this branch is the worst I have ever been to. Consistently slow, making mistakes, and not friendly at all (except maybe a little fake friendly occasionally in a very slow manner). They ignore you when you go through the drive through for the first two or three minutes while doing other things with no customer that can wait. It is amazing how different branches of the same bank can be so different. The Landfall location is wonderful!

      This has to be one of the slowest banks on the face of the planet, I literally stopped in line for 35 minutes to make a deposit.

      You guys need to step up your other locations. Every single bb&t ive been to in WILMINGTON is the worst bank I’ve ever been to in my life. Longest wait times, rude tellers. Something needs done. On top of that they charge me 8 dollars to cash a check then ask why I don’t have an account. BECAUSE IT TAKES ATLEAST HALF AN HOUR JUST TO CASH

      However the hours online says 8 a.m. that is wrong the new hours are 9 a.m. opening

      Been there many times. Last visit was a joke. Teller charged me a 3 fees to cash checks drawn on that bank from my employer. When I told her my employer would not appreciate that. She told me my employer would not care. My employer would take that as an insult. Needless to say I have been telling everybody about the opinions of bbt representatives.
