  98% Of SunTrust/BB&T Bank's Inside Is Close To The Account Holders And To The Public Because Of COVID-19 And You Have To Go To The Drive-Thru. It Is Very Very Dangerous To Be A Walk Up Customer And Deposit To Or Withdraw From Your Account Somebody Maybe Watching You When You Are Making A Transaction And You Might Get Robbed. Everybody That Bank With SunTrust/BB&T Need Too Take All Your Money Out Of SunTrust/BB&T Bank An Open A Checking Or Savings Account With Delta Community Credit Union. They Are Open For Inside Services Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM And Drive-Thru Open Monday-Friday 7:00 AM- 5:30 PM (Close Saturday & Sunday) They Have Very Fast Services.   Excellent service every time I visit this branch. Nikki Russaw was very knowledgeable and assisted me in setting up CD’s and retirement plans for my family and Veronica Hale is always so kind and assisting. I always feel as if they go out of their way to assist my family. Good service is hard to find so I appreciate the whole staff here for providing excellent service

  Ms. Russaw what a rude.... Look at this line. This place is hood , the manager has no clue. Line is going out the door. Veronica "2 chromosomes short" Harris and the other Tellers look and act like they are all in training. Manager is in the back eating a bag of cheet hos. Congrats ratched rucksaw you did it: worst suntrust in Georgia

  It’s a shame at how poor the customer service is at this branch. They make up their own rules and the employees seem clueless to what is going on.

  Sometimes it is a wait but the tellers and the manager are all very friendly and helpful.

  They’re very unprofessional,lack of customer service,think because your black, come with a check over a 1000 dollars it has to be verified...for 20 minutes
