  I read reviews before visiting a place and these weren’t so great. Despite what the reviews say , The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most pawn shops turn young adults away thinking we’re all knuckle heads out here stealing trying to make quick cash , they seemed very interested innwhat i had to bring in even though it was close to closing time. They’ll always have my business

  One of the guys was really rude. I wanted to make a partial payment and he told me that I can’t do that which was fine. So I asked him could I make in between payments and he said no either I had to pay in full or not at all I then informed him that in the past I’d made little extra payments he then said “do you not understand or something are you illiterate!” I informed him that he was so rude and it’s a turn off I’ve been a customer at this place for years sometimes paying straight out other times lay away. I don’t think anyone deserves to be spoken with any kind of way... after I purchase the items I have on layaway this is my last round with them! I’m sure they can careless but it’s whatever In the past things have been great and they worked with me..... money talks so I guess because I didn’t have the full payment then I don’t deserve respect (shrugs) To add: everything I’m saying is accurate! It just simply takes an apology for the rudeness! On the upside the jewelry I’ve purchased has been the best quality and a great deal..... I can’t take anything from this establishment other then the one guy being extremely rude! The other staff members are awesome

  It is the author of this review that is not listed in our data base who stated "I am not illiterate" when she was provided a copy of our layaway terms for her to review. We do not call our customers names, and her claim of being mistreated should be retracted and not taken seriously. When the customer attempted to make a partial payment for merchandise that had been placed in layaway, we explained to her that our store policy would not allow us to accept the payment due to the fact that it was several hundred dollars below the installment agreement. We did offer to provide additional time at no extra cost for her to make a full payment, however, unfortunately, despite our effort to assist her, she still felt the need to post this completely inaccurate and misleading review. "10 MONTH LAYAWAY PAYMENTS RULES & REGULATIONS We believe we might be the only retail business that offers a 10 Month Layaway and with no additional fee. Partial payments are NOT acceptable when FULL PAYMENTS are DUE. WE are happy to accept Partial Payments before full payments are due. but Partial Payments do NOT Advance the next Due Date. If full monthly payments are late 41 days the merchandise will be put out for sale even though partial payments have been made not to equal the monthly payment due.

  This is the worse Pawnshop I have ever been to. Very dirty and dark inside and almost fell over some equipment. wanted to pawn some jewelry but the manager tried to low ball me. The employee's were ALL rude and I will nver go back into that dirty place again. I would not recommend this place to anybody. I went to another pawnshop within a mile and they gave me what I needed. zero stars for this place..but had to chooze one

  There is no other pawnshop within a mile or ours, and no one nearly fell inside our store today, this person has the wrong pawnshop.

  Pawn shop is a pure ripoff, they offer you low prices for your valuables, customer service is horrible, and store looks like hell on the inside. They pick the absolute lowest price to compare your item to no matter the condition and that's your offer. SMH Pawnmart gives you fare prices and good customer service I will never return the a pawn shark like this. Just a little word of advice. Doesn't matter how long you been in business That just means you are really good at cheating people for years. Your lot stays empty wonder why?

  As I have said previously. It's rarely we get Positive Feedback's but we always get the Negatives. We've been taking care of Happy customers since 1924 with the same management for 48 years. We base our offer from actual sales from eBay, not MSRP or asking prices, and we show the client how we calculate our pricing from Sold completed sales. If we are not able to sell the item in our store then we list the item on eBay. We figure actual sales determines the actual value. Condition is important to calculate value in our book. Please visit and make your own decisions.

  the employees were very nice and treated me better than most pawn shops. The people seem very knowledgable and helpful. They gave me a better price on jewelry than any other pawn shop. Thank you for your help.

  Been going here since my college days at Clark. The staff is always friendly. I've only gotten loans from the place, never sold or bought anything. They even warn you when your bill is due and give you a grace period.

  I've been shopping there longer than I want to admit. I don't get the usual gruff attitude like you'd imagine in most loan shops. Their prices are hard to beat. They've stayed in business so long because they know how to treat customers.

  I went last Saturday and had an excellent experience!! The owner was there and was very friendly...I will be back...Yall can go to them ghetto pawn shops if you want Im sticking with these guys

  I have a gold chain that i have pawned afew times and each time. I have been given more money. Do to the fact that i have came to pay me loan on time. I must say i can real say that this loan has help me out of some situations. AND i want to thank the guys at Fulton. Loan Office for helping the community.

  Crappy , there customer service skills are crappy I got a loan from them And when I was ready to get my items out of pawn , after I had paid double the amount of the loan, my property was damaged​ So after paying him thousands of dollars Robert rose , the owner Throws 25$ at me like I was some kind of trailer park vagrant , that's all my business was worth to him , ive spent nearly 10 grand with these guys in the past year . and let's not forget his minnion with the real bad attitude, who's happy like a lil school girl when his boss is around with his hand up his butt, even though he hates his life What a dick , both of them Don't , do not deal with those guys Horrible people , what a miserable bunch of people So to summarize 1. I understand verifying serial numbers 2. I understand basic agreements 3. I don't understand why the merch was not put back in it original condition as it was received, they would of known there was a problem and could have corrected it without me knowing 4 . They did not expect for me to come back and get it 5. Don't reply with banter , unless you got something substatial 6. They don't care about their customers They remind me of the Swiss bank during WWII

  This individual pawned his watch at our pawn shop. The reason he paid double the amount of money that he borrowed is because he elected to turn his 30 day loan into a loan for many months. In order to make the loan to him the band on his watch had to be removed in front of him with his permission so that the serial number could be recorded. When this person came to redeem his merchandise, we were unable to reattach the band which is a very common problem with this type of watch. However, his property was not damaged, the owner's name is not Robert Rose, and no one threw money at him. We offered to take the watch to our jeweler to have the band re-attached but the customer did not wish to wait and he declined. If this individual had any other suggestions as to how to solve the problem he kept it to himself. We don't know any trailer park vagrants or how they are treated. However, this customer has always been treated professionally and respectfully, and he certainly would not have spent $10,000 with us as he admits if the treatment he received was unsatisfactory. I don’t understand why this post was approved by Google with the content including the vulgarity.
