  Better make sure you have a full take of gas before coming. Been stuck in the drive thru lines for over 45 mins & counting & I've been next in line the whole time! Only 1 car has left! It is always like this! Morning & night! Do better Truist! Been a member since 04 but don't know if that will be much longer!

  Worst bank in the area. Again and again their attitude and customer service is horrible. They have such a bad attitude. They create “new policy” when it is convenient for them. We all know staffing can be difficult but it has always been this way with Truist.

  2:15 Friday afternoon lobby closed and only two lines open. Been sitting her 40 minutes and still one car ahead of me. Do better BB&T!!!!

  The wait time in the drive thru is beyond ridiculous. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic but there is not a valid reason as to why I have to wait 30-45 minutes to be serviced… I kid you not there are 10 cars not including myself here. Slow service, but they expect mortgage and other payments to be received quickly and in a timely manner….. Will be moving to BOA……..

  Worst place I've seen in my life for banking. Cashier doing banker work and customer who wants to deposit cash are waiting in line for more than 10 minutes. Worst place and worst bank.

  I have been sitting in this line for almost 30 minutes with 2 cars still in front of me. This is the worst drive thru I have experience from a bank. They need to hire more people or just open the inside of the bank cause this is outrageousness

  Unbelievably slow waiting times both inside and out. Considering another banking institution. Management please do something about this.

  This bank is trash. They really just don’t want you to use your own money. There’s always a 7 day hold with no explanation. Workers are rude. Management is never there to help. At this point their motto is “there’s nothing I can do” 0/10 don’t recommend.

  Unprofessional, Unwilling to help schedule an appointment, I expressed my concerns of fraud activities on my account and a employee told me I need to set an appointment to speak with someone. I asked her if she could help me set one up through the app (since I’ve never set an appointment up before) she completely brushed me off and told me to go online and set one up. I expressed that I didn’t know how to and she ignored me. Maybe she was bothered because she was running late. No excuses, always make sure the customer leaves feeling the full support of their bank. I’ll be traveling to Griffin tomorrow to handle my banking issues. Stockbridge location, shame on you! Zero stars, in order to leave a review I had to give them one.

  While I having been banking with BBT for many years. I was always very pleased with my customer service thru MIA- well Mia has left and now customer service at the Stockbridge branch is horrible with Laverne. She never returns your calls. But when you have a Renewal of banking, you only have so many days to talk with someone.
