Worst bank I've ever done business with! If you like paying fees for everything then this bank is for you. While most banks make money on interest BB&T makes money on fees. The management is rude and insensitive. It was the best bank when it was National Penn Bank but ever since it switched to BB&T it's been a nightmare. I closed my accounts immediately. Stay away from this bank and thank me later ...

since they moved across the street the new ladies are rude! like rude i wanna leave soo bad ..... my reg ladies are all too kind and i adore them but the old gals from national penn are just nasty old farts who need to quit their job!
