  Management should pay attention. The teller line needs training - they seem inconvenienced by the occasional customer (there aren’t many customers). Thank you and you’re welcome are not in their vocabulary.

  Decent rates, but horrible customer service, have to wait for an hour just to talk to someone. Service was much better with Sun Trust.

  I signed up for a checking and savings online to save time. When I went to the Branch they made me signup for another checking account (so they could get credit ) and promised to expedite my debit card that I would have by Thursday THE LATEST a week has passed I go to suntrust they said they never said that and gave me a 800 number to call. I call it and they said was never expedited and sent snail mail and if I wanna expedite now will cost me $25. What ??? So how am I paying bills and what was I lied to by karina ?

  Yamilet Gonzalez messed up my first deposit and when I had corrected her as she blew me off and was so rude about it like it was my fault. She NEVER apologized. Then on top of that, I was making a withdrawal and I was treated with such disrespect. I finally just took a seat and waited 15 mins in the lobby. After the fact, she didn't even bother to count my withdrawal in front of me. I will never bank at this location.

  I was helped by a woman named Amber McKnight, she is a manager there. She knew I was tight on time, so she did only the things I needed to be there for, sent me on my way (after about 10 min) and did the rest after I left! A very pleasurable experience at a bank.

  If I could give them Zero I would. There mortgage underwriters clearly cannot process a loan. I was turned down by SunTrust only to be approved by two other Banks. Minority lending is nonexistent at this bank.

  I am here 10 min ago which is 4:50 I tried to open the door but the door was closed The employees ignored me till it's 5:01 to tell me they closed already I kept knoking and waving outside before 4:51 but they intentionally ignored me till 5:01
