Drivethru service is extremely slow! When I pulled up, there were 3 lines open, 3 cars there total. Now 12 minutes later, the same 3 cars are still handling there banking business while the line is at a standstill & steady growing. Every time!!

This branch is pretty awesome I think. A few bad apples doesn't spoil the entire branch. I bank with BB&T and never had that problem such as Melissa Stevens. However, I did hear about, then encountered Karen Mitchell's attitude. She's very snooty I think and has a very nasty attitude. Upon first meeting her she seemed very nice but the subtle disrespect was noticed, felt, and unnecessary. Maybe she thought I wasn't smart enough to know and notice the disrespect but I did. And the way she looked at me was very judging and disgusted. She's the one person I wouldn't deal with when dealing with this branch.
