  I had an emergency happen with my air conditioner unit. I called first and explained my situation they were quick and went above and beyond to help me. Awesome staff! Jessica was very helpful and explained everything very well. Friendly and all around great folks. Will do business again with them! I now will have a cool house to sleep in tonight. Thank you FF

  I would like to say that the lady’s at the First Franklin in Milledgville Ga are the kindest and most friendly lady’s to deal with! They always greet me with a smile and it’s always my pleasure to let them handle what ever I need … They are Awesome!!!!
