  EXTREMELY RUID STAFF WHO YELLED AT ME FOR LEANING ON CASE TO LOOK AND BUILDING STINKS OF MOLD, MILDEW AND CIG SMOKE THEY CHASED ME OUT TO MY CAR BECAUSE I REFUSED TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM DONT BUY FROM HERE GO ELSE WHERE THERE PRICES ARE OVER PRICED COMPARED TO OTHER PAWN SHOPS IN AREA

  We have the whole incident on video. There was no yelling, no rudeness. She was asked to please not lean on the showcase. The lady was not chased for refusing, she was approached to apologize for any misunderstanding. She wanted no apologies and made it clear she would leave a bad review. During these stressful times, we must pray for those who need it.

  Bad ppl crooks & liars. They will treat you like you're going to rob them while they rob you. Macon pawn shops pay more and treat you better.Quality Pawn is not a trustworthy business!

  Great people, reasonable prices, gave me a great deal on a ring and had the one bought from somewhere else repaired very reasonably. Cindy and the staff are wonderful folks who will take good care of you!

  Very friendly staff, I got a loan on a firearm I owned, and they were very thorough about verifying my identification, and when I needed to extend the original loan agreement, they were very reasonable about working with me and flexible in their terms. Great, honest neighborhood business.

  Suggestion to the company: If you do not have the correct item do not advertise it. Do not send something to a honest paying customer that that honest paying customer did not pay for. Its wrong. Nothing right about it. Suggestion to possible future customers: I have never written any reviews on any company. Online or not. Yet I feel very much compelled to do so given this unfortunate circumstance. Please pay very close attention to the items received after you have purchased them from online companies. Especially from companies such as this. By far the absolute worst online purchasing experience I have ever had. Very much unprofessional and dishonest. I had recently purchased a 55-250 mm zoom lens for my Canon M50. The lens is advertised, on the site, as the IS STM model. The item in which I had received is in fact the regular IS model. The lens in which I had received has noticeable distinct differences on the item itself. The most noticeable being the word Image Stabilizer, in bold letters, posted in the middle of the lens case. The IS STM model that was posted online says, in bold letters, CANON. This does not seem as a honest mix up on behalf of the company but rather the company hoping that the one who purchases the item wouldnt notice, pay attention, or simply not mind. But its wrong. It is a inconvenience to me, customer to have to go through the hassle of mailing this item back in order to receive a refund for an item that should have never been sent to me. I would have to wait, now, in order to repurchase this item for projects that I needed it for now.

  We have not sold a cannon lens online sir. We have received an awful lot of phone calls from the buya website for items that are not ours and I will email and call buya as soon as I get back to work Monday. What site was the purchase and whatever inventory/item number? We are located in Milledgeville Georgia so please check your shooed from address and let me know who it shows. We are a family run business and have been in business since 1984. We guarantee all merchandise and would gladly refund your entire cost if you did indeed buy it from us.   Prices are pretty good, and their inventory is incredible however a most uncomfortable feeling as soon as you walk through the door no matter what you look like or how you're dressed the place is crowded and dirty no odor but Dusty and Grammy yes I would go here again simply because of the 14 karat gold prices however the more you buy there's not necessarily a great deal
