Chelsea Crumbley-Smith1Reps are in considerate!! My app and the banks view was all completely different!!! This bank’s app never shows anything accurate and even if you accidentally overdraft there is no way to place money into the account to prevent it at all!!! Mobile transfers take hours to fully process and depositing money through atm doesn’t do anything either and the app waits until the cut off time to update that it’s been over drafted so by the time it’s too late is when your told!!! No texts even if your opted in for it just horrible handling in general already on the hunt for a new bank!! I have had enough!!!! Been banking with them for 2 years and it’s no longer worth it if I can’t even be communicated with to protect my money!! Greed runs this!! I had a way to prevent the fee with money in savings and cash yet was not even told via the app or texts. Cheers to better banking!!!

Addison Galloway1Had a overdraft fee for .99 cents and even though I put money in that same day(I use this account only for ach transactions since there are no other benefits to use it so I keep my money in several other accounts and not this one so I can help my money grow) To cover it and it still charged me a overdraft fee . I went in to talk to them about that and they were nothing but rude and sent me back to a guy named John he was just hateful as can be I was about to put money in the account but I will now just take my money elsewhere and when I need a home loan next year not going to be Suntrust I truthfully don’t care about the $36 it was about being treated like I was poor and it was my fault. Even though I’m not poor I just don’t care for there accounts other then Target requires you to have a local bank for there card. I bet Suntrust won’t be around in 10 years they are falling behind every other bank as far as fees and earning interest on your account goes. I guess it’s one less account I have to deal with.

Sandra Gushee1I do not have a account at this bank, but the teller in the drive thru was very rude. She left us sitting for at least 5 to 6 minutes before she even acknowledged us and then did not say anything to us after she completed the transaction.

Herman Munster1I've had my account at this branch (even before it was Suntrust) for 28+ years. Suntrust took it over back in 95 and they were a good bank. In the last 2 years this branch has become the worst bank in Knoxville, even with all the complaints it seems they just don't care. Even before the shut down (Virus) the tellers were very rude.

Jessica Hamlet1Do not bank with Suntrust /Truist / whatever they heck they are called these days especially this branch ! We are building a home and they would not allow me to access my own money to pay our contractors in the branch ! They have all of my money and said my signatures don’t match what they have on file . With small children to chase (We are always in a hurry ) my signing is messy and not always the same ! They have thousands of my own hard work and they will not even give me my money !!i had to tell them everything I purchased the last week although they have my license and my account info as well as all my cards . I have given them socials and everything but a blood sample ! By far the worst experience with any bank I have ever had ! All my money is going to TVA !!!! This place SUCKS !!!!!

Jay Rockwell1I'm just not sure why it is that whenever i could walk in, I can pass the teller my money and be handed a receipt within 1-3 minutes. However, now in the drive thru, it's 10-20 mins per side daily. There are lines going oround the entire parking lot at times. What would possibly make it that slow? Are you short staffed?

Robert Van Fleet1I had an appointment. I was 5 minutes early and waited 10 minutes over. From what I could overhear it seemed like the customers in the only office would be there the rest of the day. On top of that they were unmasked. I'll take my business elsewhere.
