  I needed homeowners insurance and State Farm by far beat everybody that I called. Then when I inquired about my auto Insurance and they bundled it all together, they even beat out USAA for all of my insurances together. It is a pleasure working with Dominique. Any time I call her she is always quick to handle my issues, whatever they may be. I would recommend giving this office a call if you're looking for a cheaper quote on your insurance be it homeowners, auto, boat or motorcycle! Dominique also pointed me to an agent in Kansas who gave me a great quote for a renters policy for my house in that location.

  My family has had wonderful experiences working with this office for years. We have switched over car insurance policies multiple times as we have a car trading "habit". Our last one they even worked with us on financing and got a better rate than we could have gotten anywhere else. Raema was incredible coming in when the office was closed just to accommodate our needs. They were also amazing working with bringing our teenage daughter onto our insurance once turning 16. They went over everything thoroughly and spent all the time needed to explain so we could take advantage of every discount possible. I would recommend Penny Kleinschmidt's State Farm office to anyone that enjoys being treated like family by your agent!

  Penny and her staff have been amazing in communicating and setting up my insurance policies. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and readily available to answer any questions and resolve any issues. I would definitely recommend their services! Unfortunately I now have to change my review, and not due to Penny herself, but because of State Farm in general. I have paid for insurance for over 2 years now and had to file 3 claims (comprehensive for busted windshield) and am now being dropped. Nowhere in my policy was there a mention of a maximum number of claims, especially for something that was covered under my policy, illegal to not repair, and highly unsafe if not repaired. I do not recommend State Farm to anyone under any circumstances. My apologies for this review to Penny herself, as she was always helpful until this matter.

  I began to look for a new agent for all of our insurance needs - home, auto, business liability, etc. I met Penny at a social event. She was with Dominique. Dominique asked if she could give me a quote. From that point forward Dominique was hustling for my business. She was full of answers & always professional. And patient too! I’m not the easiest person to deal with, but Dominique hung in there. Five stars is low. More like a hundred and five. Service, professionalism, prompt response time & all with State Farm behind them, what’s not to like? If you’ve read this far, stop. Call Penny or Dominique right away. It’ll be the best call you make.

  Highly recommend! We have our homeowners, car, boat and life insurance through Penny Kleinschmidt’s office. Raema is always there to help us with anything we need. The whole staff is super helpful and very friendly. We wouldn’t have insurance through anyone else.

  Wow, I can’t express how pleased I am with Penny Kleinschmidt and staff at State Farm. Dominique took all my information showed me a few different options and I chose what works best for me. After years of being with a different insurance provider I can tell you I have found a new home for all my insurance needs. I now have State Farm for my home, cars, boat and umbrella.
