  Found a nice pocket knife here and saw some other products I'd be willing to return for. The staff and customer service is what really drives my 5 star rating. I plan to maybe purchase a more expensive item and will likely update my review.

  I bought a Wii and DVD player they gave me the wrong remote for the DVD player and the Wii was broken it took them too long to get everything that I wanted together I wanted a black Wii they couldn't get the stuff it took them 45 minutes ( I went next door to get my nails done) and the stuff that I had pick out the Wii was now the other one I highly don't recommend

  I visited the shop to find a huge selection of Jewelry, The prices were amazing compared to the local jewelry stores. The staff were very helpful and attentive. I also noticed they had a great selection of firearms at decent prices. I have found my new favorite place to shop.

  Placed Merchandise on layaway and was advised could receive a refund if I decided not to proceed. Fast forward 2 weeks and I went to cancel and was advised any refund would be in store credit, which I was not advised of. When I balked at that I was then told there was a 10% restocking fee which just so happens to be the amount that had been put down on the product. The idea of a restocking fee is funny when it literally means you take the product from the back and put it back on the shelf.. When I asked the manager to please coach their staff on proper disclosures moving forward I was almost laughed and told "returns and cancellations rarely happen, so they aren't part of our training topics". ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

  I love the staff and the selection of Firearms. They are always willing to help and in these trying times, it is nice to talk to a friendly staff. Go here first if you are looking for a great deal.

  Bought a push lawnmower for $87.00looked good cranked up but as soon as it touched grass it died these people sell damaged non working. Items and no returned or money back I would not recommend. Atomic pawn shop on Nashville Hwy in Knoxville Tennessee to anybody everything in the store is trash!!!!!!!!!!👺😡😠👿

  I really hate it when businesses post their closing times at 6:00 for instance and they really close at 5:50 or 5:55. I mean really sometimes you get stuck in traffic or have to drive a long way. This happen to me here at Atomic Pawn, they were still in their but decided they didn't want any more customers and locked the doors and also at Victory Pharmacy when I left directly from my doctors office and arrived at 5:50 to find the doors locked and everyone gone. I had to drive over 20 miles round trip for nothing. Listen I understand it's the end of the day but is a few minutes going to make that much difference to you when you have no idea how many customers your going to lose each day?

  Went to pawn a firearm here. They offered less than half of the price of my firearm. Didn’t feel like getting ripped off so I went down the road and used another pawn shop. Ended up getting exactly what I asked.

  To hell with this place i brought my guitar to pawn a little over a month "not the first time" ago and the girl that checked it in was careless and banging it all over the place and I went to get it out today and there are extra scratches and chipped all over the place i tried to be reasonable with the managers and explain to them what the girl did and they were just feeding me excuse after excuse and they said there was nothing they could do for me because they couldn't prove anything and to stop cussing in their facility. What does any reasonable person do whenever something that they work hard to keep comes back to them damaged and get told theres nothing that can be done?! You're going to cuss i will not be going back to that pawn shop for any reason and they can close down for all i care, it takes a special kind of person to call you a liar and to deny you any retribution.

  Sign posting the price for the blu ray movies says "$5.00 unless otherwise marked". Picked out two blu rays that I wanted, took them to the counter and was then told they were $10 each! The movies were NOT marked otherwise. Short haired blonde "manager" is hateful with not only the customers but the employees as well! No I am not mad because I didn't get the movies. Doesn't hurt me at all to put them back and walk out lol. Just stating my thoughts on the place. Take a short drive up the road to Cash America. VERY friendly people with way better prices. I joke around with them and they return the favor. Great attitudes there. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Atomic Pawn.
