Lucille McCrea1North 98 branch. I spoke to Gerry. She stated she was the new Branch manager. Very unprofessional. She yelled out personal information passwords etc. I explained to Gerry what I needed to do and She literally argued with me. So I got in line only to be instructed to see a banker.. Once she realized she was wrong she tried to assist. After allowing her to assist my cash deposit is still pending. 😠 The drive thru staff here I witnessed was rude also. They forgot its consumers that keep the company.

Kristina Thomas2Google has the drive thru hours listed as open at 8am and that is not accurate, it's 9. I know that is not their fault. Stop in 2xs a week for 2 to 3 rolls of coins and they barley have any or it's like pulling teeth to get something.

Jane Doe15 stars to the girls having to deal with what is obviously a bad situation. If I could give zero stars to this bank I would. First the close the SunTrust which was the better location. Second we don't have a SunTrust ATM in the area. Third everything was confusing. The company never explained anything well enough and you could tell they didn't explain anything to the workers either. All my regular girls are now gone, even the BB&T ones that I got used to. Sad that it got this bad for them.

Jake Sherrill1Extremely unprofessional at the drive-thru seemed like they were just lazy and didn't want to do their job and very rude. This just goes to show very poor management. Just another reason I am switching banks next week

Ken Allen11 star not for a specific branch but suntrust themselves. I owed a small amount of money from closing an account during divorce many years ago, but opened a new business account - without question they accepted a $10,500 deposit no problem. Placed a hold on the account for 7 days, then when I went back to withdraw since my debit card hadn't arrived yet, was told my account was closed and that they would send me a letter giving me more information about what was going on since I had forgotten I even had a personal account there once, and in that letter it would say how I'd get my funds back and when.. no one in the branches and the call centers couldn't explain to me what was going on, where my money was at or when I would get it back. Mrs. Connors is a branch manager and I give her 10 stars for trying her best to explain and research everything to me.

Ivelisse Rondon1This place is terrible!!! DO NOT GET AN ACCOUNT HERE! They are so rude and their services are by far the worst. Not sure if it’s due to the merge but I regret opening my BUSINESS ACCOUNT with these people. And the man at the drive through was so RUDE!

Amy Cobb1I opened my 3 accounts in the last 2 weeks. They will all be closed in the next week. The people at your N Lakeland branch. First I stood in front of a teller for several minutes before she deemed me worthy of acknowledgement. Then she was going to put my paycheck, my local business big bank check on hold for 3 days. I asked for a very small portion in cash because, hello, payday. She called a manager over and they wouldn't budge not even to make a quick call to Wells Fargo to verify funds. They told me I'd have to go to Wells Fargo. I asked where that was as this is not my side of town and I was rudely and non-verbally pointed down the street. I follow their direction to find out THEY POINTED ME TO AN ATM! I burned through most of my lunch because of them. Well ladies, I hope you had a good laugh over the way you treated me, sending me on a wild goose chase and being everything but helpful. I will be moving my accounts, all three of them, to Wells Fargo before my payday hits again.

Jimmie Chestnut1The first thing that disappears after a bank merger, CUSTOMER SERVICE. Why in the world would they close the larger of the two banks across the street from each other. So now there are twice as many people trying to use a smaller facility. 32 minutes sitting in the drive through yesterday. 12 cars backed up on average on my last visits. I guess I will be moving my business elsewhere if this is not corrected.

aaron blevins1Made a cash deposit of $600.00 at the drive through teller. Teller said no need for deposit slip and sent ID/card back. Checked 2 days later when going to pay mortgage and he placed transaction as a withdrawal. Now $600.00 has been incorrectly deducted from my account and the $600.00 cash not credited to my account either. Now it’s a slow process called a search through corporate with no immediate credit to pay my mortgage. Not my fault and I’m out $1,200.00. Not even sure that they will credit me my money back.....swapping banks ASAP!!! Update from last years post....after a long and continued effort to seek assistance through this banks upper administration to obtain the lost funds of $1,200.00 from the above stated teller transaction, I found that this organization is choosing to be blind to the theft that occurred that day. Please make sure you get a deposit slip before leaving and make sure it reads as a “deposit” slip and not withdrawal before leaving the drive through if you use this bank.
