      I go to BB&T almost weekly for my mom. I have temporary ID until my permanents, due to Covid, are being mailed. They treated me as tho I was trying to steal something. Different teller's do things different. They'll let me deposit mom's money & checks, but if she wants cash they give me trouble, then it's No any way.

      They refused to help because they were “too busy for the day”. Yet, they were about to help another 3 people behind me when I got there 1st. What a joke, I will never bank here again.

      Would give negative star rating but cant. First off, they NEVER have coins. They tell you to come inside for multiple transactions, but when you try to go in they tell you to go to drive thru. They say they go to lunch 12-1 because they dont have enough people, but dont actually reopen til 130. Why do they have to close for lunch when they have 5 employees? Rotate people!

      I used to date manager and when we split up her and most staff destroyed my credit and notarized documents and corporate would not lift a finger to help....very crooked bank
