      Horrible customer service. We usually use the bb&t on sunset but I needed rolled change for my business so I went to the bigger branch on benvenue. I also got $1 bills in 100 stacks for my business. Over the weekend it was counted and found that $12 was short. I went in today to ask about it and if the bank couldn't do anything about it then that was fine, but I talked to a bank manager and he was so rude and accusatory. He basically told me I should first check my employees for the shortage and told me to either leave peacefully or if I wasn't happy then to close my accounts with bb&t. I have never seen such horrible customer service.

      Some unprofessional work here. The banker didn't want to notarize my parent's legal documents, just because she doesn't feel comfortable. She was looking for a line on the documents which was there she couldn't see it lazy.

      Slow....... is a understatement i go everyday to do a company bank deposit they 90% of the time they stop & start talking to each other. Note its 3-4 computers at the drive-thru only 1 lady sits at the computer constantly (she's great) the others walk to the window then go to the front computer like its not 2 or 3 other computers there... this is during the covid-19 so its no customers inside why spend time

      This place has very horrible customer service. The tellers and bankers don't speak when customers walk in, gives you nonchalant answers. One banker, I will not say her name is very discriminative and rude. Just be aware when you enter into this bb&t. The best bb&t to go to is in Greenville, NC on Greenville Blvd.
