  I have been working with Jimmy at the Rocky Mount office for the last couple weeks trying to get a better home and auto rate. Jimmy is very professional in the insurance world. I feel I can go in and talk to him about any questions that may arise about my coverage instead of dealing with an 800 number. I would highly recommend this insurance company to my family and friends. Also Elizabeth was very efficient and courteous at the front desk.

  Jimmy is absolutely amazing he saved me so much money on my homeowners insurance and also lowered my car insurance. During these times where money is scarce he absolutely went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get the best rates possible keeping all my same coverages and low deductibles. Thank you so much for your amazing service and taking care of the Veteran Community because USAA is extremely High Priced to only be serving the military community.   Needed help with Homeowner’s insurance after our previous policy continued to increase each year. Reached out to Jimmy and sent him over what we currently had and he was able to get us into a better policy in no time! I had reached out to my previous agent many times and been blown off, but Jimmy was willing to sit down and talk through the policy with me and was even able to lower our deductible while saving us money. He is a great source of knowledge and truly works to put the customer’s interest first. You can tell a lot about an agency by the agents they keep, and Jimmy is top notch!   The level of service this agency provides has always been exceptional. Jimmy Haden goes above and beyond to offer a personalized experience to each customer that you don’t seem to see that often anymore in other companies.   Jimmy has always been readily available and committed to helping any time I have any issues with my vehicle.
