Robert Hoadley1Terrible customer service . Been a client 3 + years and Couldn’t get access to my own money when my ID expired . Regardless that I know all the account information , and had ordered a replacement debit card and could show them proof my new IF was coming next week, they wouldn’t give me a temporary card ,because their words “they hadn’t seen me Before “. I had my ID. I am the guy in the picture , I’ve been in their system for years and literally live down the street from the bank. But they not Willing to work with me . Complete BS . It’s 2021, 99% of our banking is done online . I had been a client for years . I’m closing my account with BB&T immediately .

Ashley Brock3I rated them 3 star because of not providing the option of when you withdrawal money from the ATM there is not a option for $50.00 withdrawal. I always have to go inside or take out more than what I need at the time. Other than that it's not that bad of a bank

JL H.1Terrible customer service - completely useless! First of all this is a very small bank and certainly does not operate at the level of more notable premier banks like Chase, Fifth Third, or BoA. The managers are very poor quality. Slow to address issues, slow to resolve problems, quick to put you on hold and tell you they'll call you back. Some banks have a culture of excellence, BB&T does not! For over a week I have been trying to resolve an issue that should have been easily managed from their corporate call center, but the branch over zealously decided to take the lead and attempt the fix. They can't, and all they have done is waste my time for over a week. After wasting an hour and half in their branch, without resolution and assurances that they would call me the following day with a fix, nothing. Every day thereafter, I have called and been put on hold for as long as 30 minutes. As a business owner, I don't have time to waste and this bank doesn't care about you! Don't waste your time with this bank - go somewhere else - its not worth the headache!

Kyana “Pure” Palmer1Pretty bad customer service. There was 1 banker. I waited 45 minutes for the teller to tell me to go to a different branch. (I just needed a temp card)
