  While heading on vacation I stopped to take out cash and decided to go inside to the teller for the transaction. There I met Natacha Etienne Joseph. She was personable and professional. While handling my transaction she advised of my eligibility for a credit card with me setting the limit for the card. Natacha followed through with processing the request that same day and today she called giving me the all clear. I like being a part of Tropical Telco and I'm always treated well. Thank you Natacha.

  One of the worst branches of a credit union that is on the decline due to extremely poor customer service. Today I visited to make a quick withdrawal and was suprised when the door was locked during business hours.. I waited a few minutes then was met at the door by a woman who identified herself as a branch manager Aimee Silveyra with major attitude. She then told me I had to tell her my business there before I could enter. After explaining I was there for withdrawal she rudely showed me the withdrawal slips and directed me to stand in line with several others for the one and only open teller. She then came back out of her office to tell the whole line that we were not standing on the right side of the line and that we need to shift to the left. Wait was ridiculous. In a world where we have so many banking options customer service is key. I never receive such treatment at my other banks Chase and Wells Fargo. I will soon be ending my 6 year tenure with this bank

  Recently opened an account with TFCU and had a wonderful experience at the miramar branch. My service rep Natacha was very helpful and thorough in providing all the information I needed. The customer service I received was outstanding!

  I have always appreciated the level of customer service given here but Jahira Thompson took it to another level. I needed copies of bank statements and came in person due to internet issues at home. Jahira not only printed me the copies but offered to assist me with sending it to my mortgage broker from the app; well just my luck, the bank app was down. She could have easily given me my papers and send me on my way but she did not stop there. With my permission, she scanned the copies from my phone and emailed it to me, which allowed me to forward the documents needed. Thanks Jahira for going above and beyond the call of duty.
