  This by far the worst service I have ever had. for the most part the people are friendly they just can't anwser any of your questions because they do not know the answer my account was overdrafted at least 6 times directly after my SS check was direct deposited into my account and there had been no transaction for 8 days pervious I set at the ATM for 1 and a half hrs on hold because my card was stuck in the ATM machine I was not allowed to deposit a money order into my account I was shorted $60.00 on a withdrawal which was immediately made right but anyway I have made at least 11 trips to the bank since 11:00 am Sat morning 4/2/2022 and it's just now Thursday 4/7/2022 I even met with the branch manager but when my deposit was denied I called the main branch in Charlotte and was told to go back get a temporary card and deposit it through the ATM which of course is out of order once again so I'm going to use the Indian Land branch and find me somewhere else ASAP I was a SunTrust customer for 20yrs+ and there was never a problem never. Beyond dissatisfied!!!!

  I have been with BB&T for over 20 years at one time the service was good it is now the worst that you could imagine. Drive thru is awful, inside they have 8 offices people sitting in waiting area only one person to wait on them. The other 7 offices empty.

  I hate coming to this branch. The tellers are very friendly, but every transaction takes FOREVER (and then some) because they have a huge conversation with every single person. I understand that small talk is part of the job but NOT on a Friday afternoon with seven people in line. As I’m standing here, a teller is on the phone chatting with her dad, and not assisting anyone. The bank’s systems are antiquated. Even their online systems and ATM system is older than any bank I’ve ever experienced. Three days for a mobile deposit to clear?? I avoid coming here at all costs.

  Awesome people except for a gimp legend S.O.B. anyone who knows this bank has seen seen this worthless loan officer had to transfer from another credit union starts with a Foun u get the idea and they are money groubers too but BB&T is a wonderful place to do business unless gimpy is still there. Spawn of waiting for more reasons than just business reasons so dont let that hold you back from a great banking experience!!!!

  Some very rude tellers here. Dont believe them when they say your account comes with fraud protection... It doesn't! BB&T is outrageous for fees. They will charge you for everyyhing. America used to be the "Land of the free"... Now it is the "Land of the FEE"...!
