They are more willing to work with you over the phone then in person. God for bid you loose your wallet and have no identification they won't even talk to you. Their a lazy group of individuals. Don't even use their atm it miss counts and then your screwed. Ivy road is better.

This branch is the worst in the Charlottesville area. Melissa (teller) and Paul(branch manager) are rude and racist. The whole branch needs new people. Go to the Ivy Road location. They are superb in there.
