Richard Lambert1I scheduled an appointment to set up an estate account. I arrived 5 minutes early and notified the teller I was there. I sat for 15 mins and went back to the teller who walked to the Banker's office. I was told she is almost done with an issue and that she will be right out. 15 minutes later nothing. I got up and walked out and went to First Trust and Bank. So much better customer service. You can put lipstick on a pig (Suntrust) and call it by a different name, but it is still a pig.

Hunter Black5I had a really bad experience with Truist a few days ago after staying on hold for about an hour just to get information to do an auto refinance. To say I was angry was an under statement. But then today I spoke with Becky Jackson at this branch and she was an absolute saint. She turned around my negative opinion of Truist and I am very grateful for her trying to help me. If you go to this branch, WORK WITH BECKY!

Omar Ortiz1Horrible bank. The people there need to consider a new job. No wonder this bank has changed names. This place is a joke. Go across the street to Eastman they care about their customers.

Mel Turbyfill5If you're looking for an exceptional customer service experience ask for Keisha Gawlik at the 1806 W. Market Street SunTrust Bank. I had never dealt with Suntrust before but recently had to move my 89 yr old Mom from Fl. to a rest home in Tn. I called and got an appointment with Keisha to discuss getting me added as P.O.A. to Mom's account, set up online banking, cancel drafts to moms account and get a debit card (which I'm sure is not a glorious task for any bank employee). I arrived about 15 min. early and Keisha got me right in. It took over an hour to get everything set up, call the credit bureau to release a hold on my credit report and cancel 7 drafts on my Mom's account. Keisha worked diligently and went above and beyond to help make sure everything was taken care of. I've worked with a lot of bank employees over the years and I would rate Keisha as one of the best!

BUDz Clark2I'm not a fan of SunTrust at all. The staff are insanely judgemental and smug. They have a fee for just about everything I'm surprised you don't have to pay ¢75 for walking thru the door. I'm sure they are nice for some people but I bet those people have huge wallets. You can use Suntrust if you want but their are much better places to bank like Eastman Credit Union.

Zoen McLachlan1I tried to transfer money into my checking at Suntrust from another bank account - after having to verify both accounts as well as call in to verify my identity. After all that, SunTrust closed my bank account without warning with money in the account and I cannot get to it. I can’t even sign onto my online account. No one will tell me why or when I’ll get access to my money. A quick search reveals this is a common problem. I will be reporting to the BBB and taking as much action as I can to get access to my money. I’ll never use anything g connected to this bank or Truist again.
