  I’m a new customer. I’ve had a great experience with multiple staff as we opened multiple accounts over the past week. In-person, on the phone, in emails, in the drive-through- i have not had this much contact with my bank or credit union in years! And ECU has made it 110% a positive experience. We’re so glad we switched from the big financial orgs to our local credit union. They make it easy electronically too. Thank you!

  The staff is so nice! Very helpful when I needed some questions answered as well. I am new to the area and getting a bank account set up was very easy. Been a customer now for a few months and I would recommend this bank to anyone!

  I recently switched to ECU. I'm very pleased with my experience here. I use the Beyond Free Checking. It's name says it all. The employees are friendly and professional. Most of my family and friends bank here, now I know why.

  Thank you management Mr. Blevins & Mistey O. for accomadating my problem that I had earlier at another branch site, for having integrity to make things right. Solution found on 3rd party check, check of which is ECU account payable to and needed cashed by ECU parties.

  They have account mixed account up and no one there can help. I'm going to go to another bank
