      Always very polite tellers. Todd at the drive through is always very friendly and goes the extra mile. Banker interactions I’ve had have been few but pleasant. Overall it’s a place I am happy to give my business to.

      First time going to this bank and an employee by the name of Tammy was absolutely no help. Tried to deposit cash into a friends account and the only thing she told me was federal law did not allow me to unless I was on their account. Went back with a check and she had her little “next teller please” sign up until the person behind me walked up to her.

      The online changeover from BB&T has been an awful experience. Takes hours to connect with a person. People at the branch cannot help because they "haven't been trained on the online product." Bugs on the website, bugs in the app.

      I have banked here for over 10 years, both with personal accounts and business. This group is a great group that helps you get it done! Kenny at this office is always helpful. I have had to call in many times for assistance and they help me immediately. The drive thru tellers are always so polite, always smiling. I have been at other local banks here in Boone....they are not friendly! But everyone at the BBT is so kind and is truly willing to help, always friendly, and works hard. I love banking here and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all at BBT!

      We helped my young son open a Savings account for minors that was supposed to not have any fees. My son was excited to put money in his own bank account. However, BB&T charged $5 per month repeatedly. My wife resigned paperwork twice and made many calls to try to fix the situation. She had to ask 4 times for them to refund the fees over 18 months. While the branch staff was friendly and refunded the fees, they were not capable of putting a stop to the monthly fees... so we had to close the account. Regrettably, my son learned that banks are not always a safe place to put your money. I call for an audit of BB&T’s fee activity on Minor’s bank accounts. 2 stars only because they we friendly and refunded the fees.

      I’ve been banking here for 4 years and they’re always so nice and helpful! I recently lost my debit card and Tammy helped me it was so easy and quick and she was so sweet!

      I arrived at the bank with the intention of getting an account. I was greeted by kind tellers, who told me to wait for Amber, the branch manager. When she arrived, she abruptly asked what I wanted, and I explained I wanted a checking account. After sitting in her office, she repeatedly spoke down to me, including assuming I don't have a job, implying I don't own enough money to need an account, and suggesting repeatedly that I am a bad fit for bbt. I felt this interaction was extremely off-putting, and lacked the sort of comfortable customer service experience I have come to expect from the bank. It was upsetting.

      Spent nearly an hour waiting to order foreign currency last month. Today, I waited 20 minutes trying to put something into safety deposit box. I gave up after a bank employee walked past me with no response. This bank is understaffed and the remaining employees, except for the tellers, are rude and disinterested in customer service. I will attempt to contact the manager for a remedy, as I really don’t want to go to the trouble of moving accounts.
