  Even though I am out of state, I keep my accounts. I love the mobile app. I like the website and the rewards program is very customer focused. I also appreciate the vendor dispute process and timeliness. My Cape Coral branch when i need to call is always so friendly and helpful. Dana is especially helpful.

  One of the most excellent experiences with a credit union I have ever had. Natalie was very helpful and a pleasure to do business with. Resolved all of my questions and did so with a friendly attitude. Could not have asked for better service. Thanks

  These guys are super picky about the products they offer. Don't even waste your time applying for a loan or credit card. I'm taking my business elsewhere. I've heard nothing but good things about Florida Credit Union.

  I am closing my account on Monday after being a member for 5 years with multiple accounts. I will mo longer let my financials be mishandled. Tim and Vicki do not manage the bank properly. I have had numerous issues with this bank . Everything from being told my debit card has no account attached to it( which is hilarious because it was my main debit card i used ) To being told i cannot withdraw money from my own account ! I know sounds unbelievable but its true. If you dont want you money held ransom by this bank dont join! Stay away.

  The team at this location is great but the automated phone system is awful. Insane wait times and a lot of misinformation is given over the phone. It's better to just go to the branch honestly.

  DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!! I cashed an insurance claim check there and they gave me a counterfeit $100 bill. I found out when I went to deposit the money into my Vystar account. I called the bank and there is nothing they will do. So I am out $100. This is insane!!
