  Interior construction going on at the moment. Lady "helping" me basically decided it was better to avoid answering my question and give me roundabout answers instead. A colleague of hers saw this happening and he quickly answered my question.

  Hello, i'm from out of town and i visited this bank this morning to make a deposit and this young miss, Felicia, Was very kind with answering a few of my questions and really pushed to offer me some time to sit down with someone at this bank to talk about Loans and when to re-finance. She seemed very knowledgeable to some extent but really prefered to try and have someone more suited to help me. I had to respectfully decline as i was making only a deposit but still appreciated the effort she put in to assist me today! That kind of customer care is why i bank as suntrust and to even set up an appointment means a lot. I'm rating with 4 stars as i wont be taking the next step for a while and i dont think its entirely fair for a full 5. but Felicia, I would give a 5 star hands down for her if you have a question, don't be afraid to ask her, shes got a solution!

  Of all the years I've banked I've never had a branch say I couldn't park and wait for them to open. It felt like poor customer service and that I was not valued as a customer and also felt borderline discriminatory.

  This Bank has been one of the worst banks I ever stepped in.First of all I dont think they are aloud to break in your safty deposit box,and I know this was done because I marked the box.Then after that everytime I went in there there was a bicycle COP Melbourne for the next year and a half same guy was there before I even got there and I mean every single time.I opened a checking account after that and my very first check never made it to FPL.It got there a month later after I paided it allready so the bank tried to charge me as well as FPL.I could go on and on.Pure discrimination not only from bank but by the CITY.If I could give them a 0 I would.

  Very poor experience. Unnecessarily rude. They have to be able to find better tellers. I wouldn't bank there.

  This bank is absolutely horrible service and quality sucks staff is lost. Advising everyone to go elsewhere.

  Every time I come in this bank there's always one teller and I have to wait in line for at least 15 to 20 minutes
