Danielle McCann1Constantly changing procedures without telling customers ahead of time. Manager is rarely there or available. (Waited 30 minutes and still never spoke with her). Revolving door of staff, and always focused on opening more accounts instead of focusing on current account holders. Tons of account "corrections" after withdrawals or deposits, was never a problem before the switch to BB&T. Attempted to contact customer service multiple times via phone (very long wait times), and email, no one ever responds.

Ray Lopez1Went there early to cash a check. Just me in the line. Nobody at the counter. Then a teller appeared and tell that she will be with me. Then she started counting bills by hand and then more bills. This is just so unfair. She wants to finish her work unmindful that my time is precious too. I know she can finish doing the counting after she takes care of me. Maybe it is me, Asian guy, and can be ignored? I did not give her that pleasure. I just left. There are other banks I can go to. Maybe I will take out all my money next time I go there but I have to make sure I have plenty of time to waste in case I have to wait.

alex 691Yea goodluck speaking to an agent over the phone. I'm much closer to blowing my brains out than speaking to a human. Terrible

Melissa Maring1I really miss KNBT. So much better. Especially it being open on a saturday even for a few hours! I'm sorry I'm moving to a different bank. The only perk with this one now is the fact it's just down the street from my house, but it's really not worth it.

Zak Coursey1Just went there. Hours say open at 9 its 9:30. It is locked. Drive thru closed. Even called to get no answer or even a voicemail or machine. Several customers trying to get in. Couple older ppl looked quite upset. Very disrespectful to the customer.
