I would never use them again. I had a student loan from them and it was a hassle for payments, online services were not used and I wasnt able to chagne my address without visiting a branch. Customer service was a joke.

Hours stink, I would suggest a Monday and Friday for late hours. It's difficult to deposit a check I cannot get direct deposit for.
