      Very nice group to work with! Anytime I've needed help they have helped me immediately and have had a good attitude while doing it. It's so nice to go into a branch where you feel welcome, I am very satisfied with the professionals at this branch of pnc!

      The ATM at this branch only works about half the time. Given that the past year the bank's indoor services have been closed entirely or extremely limited, the ATM is kind of important. I find myself often having to use nearby ATMs from different banks and pay a surcharge to use them, because PNC's is having technical difficulties. You'd think living near your bank would be convenient, but for some reason with this specific branch, it usually isn't.

      My girlfriend has been banking here for years. Because of a mistake, something got screwed up in her checking account. She called customer service, and they said it could be fixed if she goes right to the branch. When she got there, the manager just shrugged her off, refused to do anything, and it cost us. Horrible customer service. Apathetic manager. Bad bank. We'll be closing our accounts. Suggest you do the same.

      Beware the incredibly rude tellers. If come to do something a little bit more complicated then a simple deposit or withdrawal, your gonna have a bad time.
