Debbie & Mandy1I've been with BB&T for years. Today I went to apply for a personal loan which I have done before and paid it off. So I was shocked this morning when I was told that I could have a personal loan for $4,500 if I had $4,500 in my checking account. I told them if I had that amount in my checking account I wouldn't have wasted my time applying for one. I also told her that makes no sense. She said I know but that's what computer said. I've never heard of anything like this and neither has anyone else I've talked to today.

Paula Fluty1Now that it’s changed to truist it is horrible! Everything has changed completely! I’m getting fees that I never got before, there’s so much more, I just hate it!

Richard Frye1If I could give a lower score, then I would. My employer has this account. Since the bank cannot make any money any other way, the bank charges people who have worked for their hard earned money a fee to non-customers. This is a reason that I would never bank with this bank. Then, the bank refused to cash my payroll check by saying that the signature was wrong even though it cashed another employee's check on the same day earlier with the same signature. The manager didn't even offer to come to the window, but hid away. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOU ARE APPRECIATED!!!! TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS!!!

Lia Watson3I miss the bank in Meadowview. I dont like the one in Abingdon it's an act of Congress to get anything done. I only go there because I like Nancy who was at the Meadowview location and she is the sweetest unlike the other employees there.

Johnny Farmer1These people are rude, lie to you, do not follow their own rules and if you want to bank with them, good luck. They will not admit they are wrong even with the proof in front of their eyes. Hopefully this bank will shut down when all customers are gone. They suck period.
