  I am disappointed at this location Branch Leader do not know at all how to run the location no experience look like …….. no good If you have account with Truist please go other locations or change your banking need at smaller banks

  No because tell me why the banker felt the need to shout my credit card balance across the room. So embarrassing and unprofessional.

  I’m trying to close my account, and they keep closing early. It’s 4:45, I can else them inside, but the drive through is closed and they don’t answer the phone. Thanks for nothing.

  I was excited because the guy was really sweet and said he would take care of it but it’s been a week now and my account is still open when I asked him to close it!!!! I’m not a happy person.... why can’t people do what they say they will

  The "senior branch manager " Noreen was NOT very helpful at and even friendly no customer service at all. How are you going to be in SunTrust over 20 years and have no customer service😡😡😡😡

  The most professional people, always willing to help Banking with them for 18 years( used to be suntrust then).
