Ashley Dorman1I am not happy with this branch. You can never tell when they are open or closed. Pretty much a guessing game these days. One minute the lobby is open and then closed. Now it's drive thru only. Then theyre closed Thursday and Fridays? Rediculous!!! I've experienced this issue with the Duluth, ga location as well. I checked online when they were open. Also all closed and was taking drop off and ATM service only.

M SR5I’ve been a customer with this branch for many years. Unless, the standards have dropped during COVID, people there are amazing. Bankers and tellers are friendly, I never saw them being lazy and one usually try to apologize for the wait in between. They wait to finish up even after it’s time to close. I’ve met up with 3 bankers and they’re all understanding, some more helpful than the others. In terms of the box, whoever was free would let me in, both banker and teller, not sure if that was right with policy but I appreciated lesser wait time.

Julie Johnson1The level of customer service at this location is less than subpar, it is absolutely horrible. My Store Manager went to make a deposit on Friday, they told her to drop them off and for her to pick up on Saturday. Got to the bank Saturday at 11:42am to pick up the bank receipts and sat in the DT line waiting, the bank closed and tried to refuse to give her the receipts because they closed! The 800 number for Customer Service had to be called on this location for them to give her the receipts. RIDICULOUS - we have a business account.......this is NOT how you handle business. And now every time my SM goes to make a deposit, they are rude. Will be losing an account......

Vladimir Vlasonjic5This is a great bank with a wonderful staff. Where else do you have a bank in which you walk into on your birthday and get welcomed with a birthday song? All the staff members are super friendly with professional work ethics. Keep up the excellent work and wonderful service!

Navraj Banga1They will customer to wait to use safe deposit box even though their counter cashier and drive through cashier chat with each other's for hours while they are not busy but they don't help customers waiting at the lobby. Marilee Froug1I was just now in line at the drive through for 15 minutes. One car ending transaction & Only 1 car in front of me. The car in front of me even made a comment about how slow they were. When it was my turn it was 12:03 but the tube system was closed up. I could have understood if i had just driven up but that was not the case. I pressed the call button several times until I finally got a reply and advised of the situation. At first I was pretty much told to bad so sad. It was not until I asked for the name of te branch manager did the teller agree to process my transaction. I am sure that they did not tell the customers in line inside the branch ....we are now closed, you have to leave and lock all the doors behind them. Suntrust you need to be aware of what cars are in line prior to your closing time and process their business just as you would if they were standing insude the branch. I understand employees want to go home, especially after having to work on a Saturday. This should NEVER be at the expense of the customer. This was rude and unprofessional. Clearly there is customer service training that needs to take place at this branch.
