Rayo Mar1I have almost 6 months coming to this specific one and the bankers always have bad customer service. You can always tell that they're in a bad mood and everytime you ask them something, they roll their eyes at you. Sometimes you may think that they're really busy and stressed but it's always empty. They really ruin your whole day for you. I don't know the person's name but I went today at 16:59.

John C1I’m seriously glad that I only use this bank as a holding place for my fun funds because if I had to deal with suntrust on a daily basis I would gouge my eyes out. It’s by far one of the most frustrating banks I have ever had and to top it off the local branch is now not open on Saturdays. So I leave for work before they open and get home after they close and Saturday was my day. They have officially transcended to 100% useless. In addition I have never had that “wow” moment where you feel like the bank did a great job. Most times I leave mumbling smack talk under my breath.

sunshine age3Atm broken earlier in the week, now Closed. Unreliable. Closed for most of the last several weeks, prior to that at least two regular days per month and refuses to update hours to reflect it. Have made five wasted visits. Even ATM does not work. Good service and people when open.

S Caicedo1The people here are very unwelcoming. As soon as you walk in you feel uncomfortable. They treat you as though you don’t belong there and you’re coming in to interrupt them. I asked one question and they all turned to look at themselves as if I was crazy. Horrible experience. I drove to another Suntrust where I was taken care of without a problem.

John Capone1The most childish experience I have had at a bank in a long time. Hina, personal banker and branch manager Matt could not be more unhelpful. Thankfully I don't do business with SunTrust. Unfortunately, one of my clients does and she is being run ragged because these bankers seem to be restricted from common sense. If you are looking for a bank in Dacula, I would find another than SunTrust, they will just frustrate you.

Kerry Bruce (Snowdohn)5The customer service was excellent and they even called a few days later to make sure I was happy. They were very personal with 1 on 1 attention and I saw them doing the same for other customers which made me feel good about my choice of SunTrust as my bank.

Paul Brownhill1Unwilling to help! I move around alot and therefore don't have a "local bank." I requested something very simple with regards to cash. The lady behind the teller was rude and short. Telling me SunTrust only helps SunTrust customers, you have to have an account. I know how I won't be going with in the future!

C Stephens1The only reason why I opened a SunTrust account it was my understanding my new employers payroll was drawn from a SunTrust account and I wanted my own account. After making my first attempt at Mobile deposit, due to the fact of my work schedule, it failed and I received a error message. When I walked into the Stone Mountain Branch, the teller never questioned why I was trying to deposit my check (apparently my deposit via mobile did go through). Fast forward, no one contacted me regarding the fraud alert on my account. I have been trying to resolve this issue and without my paycheck for a week. I keep getting the runaround, no money available to me to pay my bills and having run around in circles to get his resolved only to run out of gas. SunTrus has lost my business. I hope and pray I will FINALLY get my money so I can take my business elsewhere. There is no excuse for holding my money from me. Even Wells Fago (bank the account is drawn from) agrees Suntrust needs to give my money to me.

Amy Berganske5My husband and I have been banking with Suntrust for many years and we have never had a moment when we thought about taking our business to a competing institution. The Dacula Branch is our location branch and everyone there represents the brand well. Simply put, we have never had a negative experience with our local branch CS, the 800 CS and the various departments' CS that we have conducted business with over the past 15 years or so. I highly recommend them and I have encouraged many of my friends and family to check them out.
